Body percussion is a musical dance form, using your body as an instrument to produce an array of dynamic sounds and rhythms. Known to provide loads of health benefits, body percussion will challenge your mind and body, get those creative juices flowing, enhance your coordination, allow you to explore your own internal rhythm and bring you joy and frequent giggles!
After a short warm up, you’ll learn a funky body percussion routine, which will be played in rounds to achieve beautifully interlocking polyrhythms. You’ll also have the opportunity to create your own variations and rhythms and connect with yourself and others through playful slapping, stomping, heart thumping, pulsating fun!
