Flow state - what is it, and how do we find it? Using specific tools to tap into our present moment awareness, we will be taking a movement journey through yoga and meditation to explore and discover new ways of finding what feels good! Flow can be found through a balance of discipline and surrender; cultivating feelings of achievement, contentment and peace.
Detox and Gratitude - amazing for a Sunday morning sesh to gear you up for a final day on the dance floor. During this session we take 5 to rejuvenate and restore our energy and tap into the present moment of gratitude for our bodies, experience, self, and others; as we move with intention and set our intention for our experience at Jungle Love all from a place of LOVE!
